2. Service and order information

Likes4U offers digital services relating to third-party social-media accounts or content. A platform or category button alone is not a purchasable service. Before you commit to an order, the service selection and final checkout must identify the exact service, target link or username, quantity, any available service-specific limits and the total amount payable in TRY. If a current service description or price is unavailable, no order can be placed.

We do not ask for social-media passwords. The customer must provide a valid public target and must have authority to request the service. Third-party platform rules may restrict or remove engagement; a service listing does not imply endorsement by that platform.

3. Price and payment

The final TRY quote shown immediately before confirmation is the amount charged to your Likes4U wallet for that order; no additional Likes4U checkout charge is added afterwards. Any mandatory tax or charge must be included in that final amount before an order is accepted. Wallet top-ups, when available, use a payment provider's hosted checkout. Returning from its page does not credit your wallet; a verified payment confirmation is required. No payment method is offered while its provider is unavailable or unapproved.

4. Performance and delivery

These are digitally performed services; no physical shipment is involved. An accepted order is queued for the applicable service provider. Start and completion times depend on the particular service, provider and target platform. Do not treat a displayed estimate as a guarantee unless the specific service expressly states a binding time. Read Delivery & Cancellation for status, interruptions and complaints.

5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance service contracts beginning when the contract is formed. A statutory exception may apply to a service whose performance begins during that period at the consumer's express request and with the required information; merely viewing this page or creating an account is not such a request. Your rights depend on the service, its actual performance and applicable law. See Delivery & Cancellation and the Refund Policy for request channels and order outcomes. 6. Complaints and records

For a withdrawal notice, cancellation, non-delivery, refund or complaint, email support@likes4u.com or open a support ticket and include the order ID if available. Your order history and status are available in your account. Statutory application rights before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court remain available where applicable.
